Our Nervous System mainly comprises Brain and Spinal cord. This is the foundation of our liveliness. Whatever we feel and experience are done by these organs. These organs basically do everything. See they are the master controller of the body and mind. People I have seen that old age people are so clumsy and weak that they sometimes feel that they are dead and their body is not working according to their will. They don't react as fast as possible when they need and drop objects anytime. They avoid it thinking that it may be due to weakness and fatigue.
This can be dangerous if you didn't show attention toward it. But before it you must see some symptoms if your nervous system is not working fine. These are :-

But before we discuss keeping our nervous system fit. Lets first discuss How does it work?
The nervous system is basically a brain, s spinal cord, and peripheral nerve and autonomous nerve. Suppose you want to write something for that you need a pen and a copy. You decided to write,,,, you need to take a pen for that your brain sends a signal to your spinal cord and then that spinal cord sends that signal to necessary organ to do that job and you took the pen , now you need to write it for that you start to write,,, the first you touch the paper the median and radial nerve sends a message back to the brain that you touch something. That's how you do work. But there is some work done by the body is blinking an eye and the amount of juice need to release for digestion etc are done by the autonomous nerve which we don't have control. We can control it but we don't need to our brain knows it automatically.
Now How to keep it Healthy and fit.?
1. Must have deep Oxygenated deep Breathing: This is one good technique to strengthen your nervous system. You must have heard about "Kapal-Bhati" ....this is a yoga-Sana from Ram Dev baba which helps you to fully utilize your lungs to take a deep oxygen and energize your body.
It is best to do when you wake up in the morning and do it for 10 minutes at least. If you are patient do it 3 times a day for 3 minutes at least. between a span of time.
2. Take a bath of Sunlight: Sunlight proved to be the best option for nervous system. what you have to do is bath early in the morning and instantaneously being wet stand before the sun and take a complete body sunbath.
Expose yourself for complete sunbath. Take at least a 5-minute bath. This produces vitamin d which is helpful for the nervous system.
3. Acupressure: This proved to be helpful for the body . Expose your foot for harshness. Walk barefoot on the stony road. The best example Play football and other sport barefoot. The more you use this technique,,, the more it better. What happens when you walk your foot experiences pressure on pressure points or the nerves massage on your foot. Does the same for your bare hands. Massage the palm of your hand. every muscle and nerve it helps you feel better. Trust me. it does.
4. Yoga: Well,,,, it is all-rounder beneficial for health. It improves the function of brain spinal cord, relaxes your body,,,,,, gives complete massage and workout for the whole organ,,, from cell to complete structure. Meditation relaxes your mind and yoga relaxes your body. Makes you stress and tension free.
5. Eat Satvik Food: Well in Ayurveda,, food has been classified into three: Saatvik, rassik and tamsik
.
Tamsik comprises rotten, egg, chicken, fish all the living entities, garlic, onion, white brinjal, junk food, fast food, etc. This food increases toxicity and oxidants in the body. Which tend to increase more disease problem.
Rassik : This food includes tea, coffee, chocolate, etc.
Sattvik: This is the best food to eat,,,, it is a fruit ,, vegetables,,, boiled food ..less oily food..less cooked food....all food other than above two.
Take vitamin enriched food, magnesium, and omega 3 fatty acid food which gives complete nourishment to the nervous system.
6. Green Tea, White tea, Black Tea: Green tea proved to be anti-aging liquid. It has antioxidants in an enormous amount which deactivates all the oxidant and provide necessary minerals and vitamins for brain and spinal cord.
Drink good brand tea,,,, don't go for cheap cause cheap one they grow in the dusty area which can be harmful to your body.
7. Exercise: Exercise is normal for everything. Either you have a disease or not. Do this daily...Body movement done by the nervous system.. You have control over your body means you have control over your
nervous system. I suggest if you are not a patient join some martial art. Practice it daily.Make it your hobby
