Introduction

Spirituality is nothing but to live to attain the highest state of human consciousness which is Param Purusha. When any being does sadhana and does the proper deed with a view of param purusha will get emancipation at the time of their death.  This is clearly explained in Charam Nirdesh of Ananda Marga Organization.

Humans came on earth in their primitive form around 10 lakhs years ago. After continuous struggle and learning, we became we as known as Human beings.  

Unknowingly, but we followed the rule code of conduct and thinking practice of meditation, and we developed in our higher form of intellect. Continous study and exploring the new method of solving problems and learning taught us the mystery of the universe. 

Spirituality unlocks the inner infinite capability of spiritual power and samadhis.   9 chakras and their petals, microvita, the grace of param Purusha,  social work, and noble deed is the essence of  Adhyatm. 

The base of every spiritual sect is Dharma. What is Dharma? The steps, decision, responsibility, and deed we accept to do so as to achieve Param Purusha is Dharma. 

As Universe as Human Being, a book published in AMPS ORganization where it is clearly and briefly explained the concept of the universe as universe is the same as a human being, act and react like it. 

The core concept of tantra is to become one with the universe, merge in him. 

The rise in spiritualism increases the feeling of universalism, love, affection, care, good intellect, social welfare, and good propensities.

What is Spirituality?

Spirituality is the process of development and growth in the spiritual strata of any being by their sadhana so as to achieve param Purusha by doing the proper deed, service, and sacrifice. 

Human develops in three strata which are physical, mental and spiritual. One gets world and materialistic stuff in the material world while growth in emotional strata in the mental realm and last is spiritual strata which enables one to achieve and unlock the mystery of the universe and get one with the ultimate entity.

The actual development and growth of any being lie in spirituality. Baba once said, 

It is an action that makes a person great. So, be great by your Sadhana, service and by your sacrifice 

 It is true that action makes a person great. But to say that one needs to walk constantly on the right path. And on dwell on the right thought. 

Spiritual development can only be possible by Practicing tantra and Vedic Sadhana. Tantra is for common people with the eligibility of strong and major social services. While it can be started by practicing, Vedic Sadhana. 

Vedic Sadhana includes Yam-Niyam Aasan, Pranayam, Pratyahar, Dhyan, Dharna and Samadhi.

How to know one is growing spiritually?

That's very simple when gold is dirty and unshiny, one can easily find it dirty but after melting and refining, it shines.

The same happens to us too. You will know that.

Why People opt to live in den, forests,s and isolated places?

Practicing and focusing on Sadhna is not an easy task, we can sit for it but it is done by Param Purusha. Sadhana is concerned with Karma and Sanskar. The bad Sanskar shows us hell and good Sanskar elevates us to God. Sadhna is a gap between us and Param Purusha.

Param Purusha is the final goal of Sadhna practice. 

But is not done is noisy, full of people, disturbing, mind engaging, distracting, working, and depressive places. So people choose isolated places. 

Yes, they go and when the work is done they come back too.

So, just chill 

There are other reasons too, which I would like to present here. 

While doing sadhana and meditation, the spiritual entity comes, which can be none harmful, little harmful, or extreme harm to someone who is not under any protection spell. So, to Sadhaka who is doing extreme sadhana of any extreme entity. It is better if he thought of others' safety and protect them by going away from them. 

What is Spiritual Practice and Sadhana?

That's some question that only novices would ask in this spiritually active movement.  

Sadhana, Meditation, Yoga, Dhyan, Tantra is a way everything is the same.

and give the same result only difference lies in magnitude. Lets us say, someone who wants to grow spiritually, and that growth takes mental upliftment, good deed, penance to society, and love to GOD. More is take from one to grow but this is the basic and the most basic need fr one to grow spiritually is Devotion. Devotion is higher and powerful than Tantra.  

After deep research, I got to find out that the highest entity in the whole cosmic world is Param Purusha. The Shiv, The Krishan, and Baba Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji were the incarnation of Param Purusha. 

And in the cult, we tried to reduce the gap between ourselves and Param Purusha.  A human being is bonded into astapasha, shatripu, which is needed to be unbound to become one with-param-Purusha.

Shatripu;- Kam, krodh, lobh,moh, madd, matsarya

Astapasha:- Ghrina, shanka, bhay, lazza, jugupsa, kul, sheel , maan.

Spiritual Practice is nothing but to concentrate your whole energy to one point so that work can be done effectively. Suppose you take a magnifying glass and focus it on paper at one point, so what happened? That paper starts to burn and gives flame of fire. While if you put a normal glass, it doesn't work cause it doesn't focus on solar energy at one point. 

That's what happened. This is the secret of meditation. and its benefit. In India, there are the following types of tantra:

1. Shiv tantra

2. kali tantra

3. Buddhist tantra

4. Ganpatya tantra

5. Vishnu tantra

Shiv tantra as it sounds is completely based on adi purish shiv, he is the founder of the Aghori sect, naga sadhus, and another sect. While Kali tantra is the worshipper of Devi goddess Kali and Durga. Also, natural worshipping. Buddhist follow the tantra practice taught by Lord Buddha and Ganpatya and Vishnu tantra follow their own different logic, tantra, and culture. 

Process: Since Shiv Age, one takes the feeling of nirgun bramha with the help of Lord Param Purusha.  This include the prescribed mantra given by acharyas and guru. 

Concept of Bramha and Param Purusha

This is really interesting subject for debate.  Bramha is the supreme soul or entity and nothing exist above it. Param Purusha is that supreme entity and bramha. Every tangible and intangible matter exist within him. And he is the ultimate witnessing entity. He is the preceptor and Guru in tantra. Param Purusha is such entity which incarnate on earth as human form and preach us  the concept of dharma and tantra. Also, Establish dharma on the earth for people shake and welfare.

It was first coined in around 7500 years ago while shiv as param purusha teaching and preaching dharma on the world. 

Conclusion:
