Stoicism( A Individual and Yogic Beleif) :- A Brief Introduction.

STOICISM:-

This philosophy exists for more than 2000 years among us.

First, I thought it is being selfish and Stupid but later after giving it a crucial and deep thinking. I came to know, it is very important for today's life to thrive successful in today's society.

What is Stoic?
Stoic is a state of mind where a person endure Hardship and pain without Complaining and expressing feelings.
                           Or
Enduring pain and Hardship for self growth and development without wasting time on others and matter.

It is a great philosophy for great people to conserve all their energy and time for greater goal.

For Example:- Great Political Leader Barack Obama, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Bhim Rao Ambedkar

GREAT Businessman, Capitalist, Companyman.

Why STOICISM, and social people state of mind?

Common people go through many mind state:-
1. FAMILY problem
2. Economic problem

3. Job/ business
4. Mental problem
5. Love life
Etc.

And following this policy, let one people to without disturbing him and teasing him to do our work successfully without showing our problem and hardship.

We must always share our happiness, gratitude, love and affection to our love one not push them into the pit of load of our problems

Central Ideas of Stoicism:- Don't see and indulge in  other faults and Problem, Just see your own and make it right.

Following are the principles of Stoicism:-

1. Examine what is and not in your control:-
This is basis of Stoicism, is examine what is and not in your control. Cause you can only work with what is in your control.

For example:-  If you are in a date, you can only control your thought, feeling , behaviour and emotion not her/his. Many be she is going through the mental clash, depression etc who knows?

So, in that situation give her space and time so she could fight with that situation and came out as a Winner.
This is also called respecting her boundaries.

In a nut shell, Be in your boundarie

s and do what is in your control.

2. Understanding what is behind your emotion:-
This is the basic concept of understanding emotions. We express our emotions on everything so , the sole reason to understand behind any emotions, gives you the power to control the situation and self.

Understanding the situation is sole of today's life. Without confronting any negative situation and to make it positive, reason for that emotion and to find its solutions, gives you the power over situation .

This makes you a justice skill person.
You could take right decision on right time without over affected by your emotion and thought.

Take right decision for your family, friends and wife and life.

For example:- If you find a wallet on the street, and there is 1000 dollar in it but couldn't find the owner so the right justice is that you keep it and never worry about the owner.

3. Modern Approach to Psychology study and Mental therapy:-
It is specially used in treating mental illness.  Without using your mental energy on unuseful stuff and matter. Use it on your own development and growth.

It is used by pshychology doctor to treat mental patient.

Modernly it is highly usable cause in today's world specially we have uncountable problems , we can't see to others, we first solve our and our only for self growth and development.
