What is Prout?
History:- Prout is a socio-economic and political theory that has been created by the famous social thinker, activist, Indian philosopher, social reformer, and spiritual leader Shri Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar in the year 1959. After seeing the crying society living and thriving in criminal society and die for earning a grain, he gave a solution to the all the problems. Also, this is the only solution for current destructive capitalism and communism.
Prout is a progressive utilization theory. Prout ensures the maximum utilization of physical, mental, and spiritual capabilities and resources for maximum utilization and rational distribution for the welfare of the society. Today's economic and political system only ensures the wealth and development of a few rich people at the stake of people and the environment. But Prout ensures to meet the basic need of people. Prout is maximum utilization and rational distribution.
Today's economic system focussed on maximum profit to benefit a few. This economic model and political system focussed on the development of few at the stake of common people and the planet. 1% of people on the planet control the 95% wealth of all economic systems.
To achieve a thriving and sustainable economy, Prout depends upon maximum utilization and rational distribution.
Maximum Utilization:- It is an adequate and sustainable supply of products and services for the common people for overall growth and development. It ensures to meet the basic need of people. And maximum utilization at the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
Rational Distribution:- Rational distribution refers to the adequation distribution of resources among people. According to the Prout, a healthy economy is that which is able to provide population 100% employment to meet their basic need and requirement. Also proper rewards and incentives to those who are much more talented, industrious, and skilled. For people having special needs and less able to participate in the labor market, resources are set aside to meet their needs.
